Information For Our Observatory Festival Grounds

There is no re-entry for this event.

PARKING INFORMATION

There will be no onsite parking available for the duration of the event. The parking location is TBD and will be announced closer to the show date.

UBER PICK-UP & DROP-OFF

Uber Drop-Off and Pick-Up will be located on Susan St. There will be no pick-up or drop-offs allowed on Harbor Blvd or directly in front of the venue on Lake Center Dr. Please follow the signage that's posted. 

ADA ACCOMMODATIONS

The terrain of our Observatory Festival Grounds comprises gravel and concrete, ensuring convenient navigation and maneuverability. Although the event will involve considerable standing for many attendees, we provide our guests with ADA an elevated, designated viewpoint that offers optimal viewing of the show. If you are hard of hearing and require an ASL interpreter please email us at ObservatoryOCInfo@livenation.com.

RESTROOM LOCATION

Restrooms are located at the south end of the grounds and also at the Box Office and the offsite parking location.

CASHLESS BAR 

We've gone cashless! We accept credit, debit, or mobile pay. Got cash? Convert your cash to a prepaid debit card with no fees at our coat check.

COAT CHECK

Coat Check is located to the right after entering our main entrance in between customer service and security check. 

BAG POLICY

Backpacks are not allowed. Bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 are allowed. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

  • Empty Camelback (that can be refilled at our water station located between customer service and coat check)
  • One sealed bottle of water per person
  • Clear bags no larger than 12 x 12 x 6 
  • Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
  • Food – in a clear 1-gallon Ziplock bag
  • Water up to one gallon in a factory-sealed plastic bottle
  • Vape pens / E-cigs (NO refill juice/extra tanks) 
  • Small clutch 4.5 x 6.5
  • Hats
  • Prescription medication (with ID)
  • Lotion, sunblock
  • Sealed tampons
  • Sealed Chapstick
  • Hand sanitizer 
  • Hydration packs
  • Sealed cigarettes
  • Small towels
  • Mobile phone chargers

ITEMS PROHIBITED

Note that items allowed/prohibited are subject to change. 

  • No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
  • No large, oversized bags/backpacks, luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks larger than 12 x 12 x 6
  • No replicas of any type of weapon
  • No drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind.
  • No coolers/ice chests or open containers of any kind
  • No glass containers, cans, and aluminum water containers
  • No animals (except service animals) 
  • No strollers/skateboards/bicycles
  • No large metal key chains
  • No wallet chains or chain accessories
  • No wagons/scooters
  • No air horns
  • No frozen water bottles
  • No promotional items (flyers, samples)
  • No laser pointers
  • No fireworks
  • No blankets or pillows
  • No lighters or matches
  • No markers or pens
  • No umbrellas
  • No beach balls
  • No outside food or drinks, including alcohol (this doesn't include the sealed water bottle or food that can fit into a one-gallon Ziploc bag)
  • No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks, or laser pointers.
  • No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, selfie sticks, zooms, or commercial-use rigs)
  • No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
  • No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
  • No full face masks
  • No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
